1. Introduction Welcome to Planet Sun Luxury Tanning & Day Spa ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a membership, services, or retail products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Medical & Health Disclaimer The services provided at Planet Sun, including but not limited to UV Tanning, Red Light Therapy, Infrared FIT Body Wraps, LED Light Facials, and KwikFit Vibration Training, are designed for cosmetic and general wellness purposes.

  • We are not medical professionals, and our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

  • Results vary by individual.

  • If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medications that increase light sensitivity, you must consult your physician before using our equipment.

3. Age Requirements

  • UV Tanning: Clients must meet the state-mandated age requirements for UV exposure. Minors under the required age must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign a consent form.

  • Spa Services: Certain wellness services may require parental consent for clients under 18.

4. Memberships & Billing

  • 12-Month Contracts: All VIP Memberships (Black Diamond, Platinum, Silver) and standard level memberships require a 12-month contract commitment.

  • Auto-Renewal: Memberships are billed monthly on an automatic, recurring basis to the payment method on file.

  • Cancellations: Early termination of a 12-month contract may be subject to a cancellation fee. After the initial 12-month period, memberships may be canceled with a 30-day written notice.

  • Non-Transferable: Memberships and packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

5. Appointments & Cancellations

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 Hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or the forfeiture of a session from your active package.

  • Arriving late may cut into your allotted service time to accommodate the next scheduled guest.

6. Facility Rules & Safety

  • Eye Protection: FDA-compliant protective eyewear is strictly required for all UV Tanning and Red-Light Therapy sessions.

  • Hygiene: We pride ourselves on a pristine environment. Please dispose of all trash, leave rooms as you found them, and follow all posted equipment guidelines.

  • Personal Belongings: Planet Sun is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the facility or treatment rooms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our facilities or website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
